Very sturdy and simple install.

BUT I had to make two hardware store runs because the parts supplied did not fit the mount as they should. The washers were too wide and the final mount screw wouldn't fit due to how the mounting plate was designed. I would not recommend this product due to poor design.

Well, I bought this at Costco on sale for around $60. I'm mounted a 42 inch plasma. The TV weighs 55 lbs and the arms says it will support up to 60 lbs. I did not think the 2 inches wider screen should make any difference. The arm did not come with the right mounting screws. I figure that was because I'm mounting a bigger screen. I also had to file down the bracket just a hair to allow for the bigger screws M8. The washers the bracket came with were to large to use. I bought smaller ones at the hardware store. I went with this arm instead of the bigger one because of cost. The larger one cost almost $150 on sale. Once mounted the screen kept tilting down. I kept tightening the screw little by little until I heard a crack. I did not bother to see what happened - all the metal mounting areas were intact. I used some plastic zip ties (tied to the arm and top bracket)to secure the screen at the correct angle. It appears that this arm is doing the trick. I don't know why they would not make this just a bit larger to include 42" screens!

I bought this at Costco. (I paid $69.99 on sale).
I have my 32" Vizio LCD tv mounted in my bedroom. The instruction manual is only understandable after making yourself conversant with the very good instructions included on the dvd that came with, (both visual and spoken). The DVD also contains instructions on mounting some of their other wall mounts.
Since it is a single arm mount, it will be a bit offset when the tv is all the way against the wall, but that can be taken into consideration before mounting.It sits about 3" from the wall when fully back.
The hardware is well made, and there are many ways of mounting many types of backs, including rounded, (curved), and flat, with many VESA options. Though, I must say that the cord management is small, so I used velcro fasteners to keep them on the arm.
The TV also tilts sideways, but it only does so when you move it, and it is a one finger operation, as they advertise, as well as up and down. All the movement features are adjustable with the included hex wrench.
Once I was familiar with the operation, and found the center of the stud, (no small feat in this building), it took about 1/2 hour, and I had it up by myself. I am a small woman.
I would recommend this to a friend.

First, disregard my rating as I don't actually have these cables.

However, the first poster is completely wrong when he says quality doesn't matter in digital cables. It most certainly does.

Even though the signals are digital in nature, they are not pure off/on, hi/low signals. They are still waveforms in an analog world and if you looked at them on a scope, you would see they are anything but nice square digital waves. At the high frequencies these signals run at, they are rounded, they have ringing, and they probably don't reach full signal levels ever over long runs due to loss. To top it off there are reflections at the cable ends due to imperfections in impedance matching between the wire and the connector that cause issues not unlike the ghosting you see on TVs with the old rabbit ear antennas sometimes.

The imperfections in the signals allow high levels to be received as lows and to also play havoc with signal timing. The first poster is confusing the ideal digital signal with the real world.

Look for other information online and you'll see. There is a limit to the cable runs you can do with these cables for a reason - the signal degrades. How much it degrades is a function of the cable and connector quality and the total run length. Over short runs you might be able to get away with lesser quality cables. Over longer runs, cable quality may mean the difference between working and not. The DVI/HDMI signal standard includes no error checking. Errors will increase with lesser quality cables and show up as sparkles and artifacts in the image.

So again, I don't know how the Monster Cables rank, but I do know that quality does matter. It even matters in mundane cables like RS-232. It all manifests as error rates.

I got this cable to go with my new HP W2207H 22-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor since my video card has a DVI and VGA output but not a HDMI. The monitor has HDMI and VGA inputs but I wanted to get the best picture possible, obviously. I looked at other cables of lesser quality but ultimately decided for this one because well, it's a Monster Cable, and the 4 meters one was a bargain at about $22 including S&H. So far the cable has worked perfectly I've got no complaints. I read on some reviews that some cables would only work with a HDMI source and a DVI monitor but I've had no issues whatsoever.

About the discussion over digital and analog signal loss in cables, I'm no expert but I'm thinking the people saying that digital signals can actually experience loss make much more sense, so I believe cable quality does matter. Still, you don't have to spend a lot, it's pretty unexpensive here on Amazon.

I purchased one of the original iPads as they were released. Having already owned two iPods, I knew I wanted screen protection. I purchased the Zagg InvisibleShield for my iPad and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I can only offer that a little patience up front delivers an astounding result in the end. All these comments about water on the unit, curling corners, and pesky bubbles is hogwash. Follow the instructions and you'll end up with a first class product that lives up to its claims. It is durable, does not peel off unexpectedly, is easy to clean with a dustless eyeglass cloth, and makes the iPad screen itself look dynamic. It is hard for me to understand how anyone can screw up this installation, but like anything else, if you cannot follow simple directions, you will not enjoy the end result. Fantastic product!!!

I bought this because I noticed a scratch on my ipad screen - I can only assume from one of my cats walking across it at some point. I'm not generally a fan of screen protectors for i-devices but figured it was cheaper than a new ipad. The installation is incredibly difficult. I found it incredible messy and a challenge to do with just my own two hands. I can see no reason why device needs to be off for 24 hours before hand. My ipad isn't normally hot. Despite taking nearly 30 minutes to install this baby I still have some air bubbles and imperfections that have yet to go away. To top if off, the film itself seems to be a magnet for OTHER crap. I've never had anything but fingerprints on my screen before...now there's some black marks all over one portion of it. If you buy this, I guess be smarter than me and buy it on Amazon because I paid $30 for it in a big box store (and the replacement warranty doesn't cover what they call "installation errors" which I'm guessing is what they would call mine since I've only had it two days).

This album is very classy and elegant. I love the picture window in the front, and especially the side bars that make it a box rather than a binder, so you can be sure nothing falls out or gets dusty. Some downsides are: If you have more material than this album can fit, you cannot close it right (you can tie it with the ribbon, but the ribbon will start tearing out of the front cover) - whereas a binder would just expand. It's also very easy to leave smudges on the front cover. However, overall I still really like this scrapbook and would buy it again.

This mount would definatly be sold for 200$ at any big box store. It is sturdy and solid with plenty of bolts, washers, spacers, etc. Easy to instal, total confidence in placing big 50" plasma. One of the main reasons that I chose this one was all the mounting holes on the base plate. This ensured that I could mount the tv in the middle of the wall even if the studs were not on center.

I'd buy one of these again, and would recommend it to a friend. It's about as simple to install as it could possibly be. Very solid quality of all the parts, including the screws and bolts. Very good instructions, and everything needed was included. It was as straight-forward and easy to install as mounting a TV on your wall could possibly be. The two vertical arms bolt onto the back of the TV. Evidently there is a standard for placing bolt holes on the back of flat panel TVs so one can attach a mount. Bolts of every common size are included. Then you screw the mounting bracket onto the wall, making sure that the screws go into studs. You should have a stud-finder for this; they are inexpensive. Good sized, quality, hex-head lag screws are included for the wall mounting, as well as concrete anchors, in case you have a concrete wall. After the arms are on the TV and the bracket is on the wall, you lift up the TV and hook it on, like hanging a picture on the wall. Once the TV is hanging, you tighten the two lock screws so it can't be lifted off again unless you loosen them. There were no frustrations, no "gotcha's", no cursing the company that made it. One nice surprise was that there is a built-in bubble level on the mounting bracket. That's a thoughtful extra that shows the manufacturer has a "what else can we do to make this better" attitude.

This was my second try at a tilt mount for my 46" LCD TV. This one was long enough to span 3 wall studs on 16 " centers, which I needed so I could mount the TV in the right position over a fireplace. I also preferred attaching to 3 studs with a large TV, to make a more solid installation. The first mount I tried was too short and would only span 2 wall studs, placing the mount off-center. This model was easy to istall and the built-in level was a big help when working alone.
